Delete your account

What gets deleted

Deleting your account is permanent and happens straight away:

• Your account: name, email, password and sign-in method.
• Your playlists.
• Your likes, saved titles, follows and downloads.
• Every device you are signed in on is signed out.

Listening statistics stay, with no link to you, so play counts stay right. Content stored on your device (theme, history) stays until you clear it.

How to delete it

• On the website: sign in, then use the button on this page.
• In the Studio5 app: Library, then Account, then Delete account.
• Or write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
