Using Studio5

By using the Studio5 website or apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Studio5. Studio5 is free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private.
• An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens on it.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Delete your account page.

Our content

The recordings, videos, artwork, text and design on Studio5 belong to Studio5 or to the artists and partners who license them to us. You may listen and watch for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Without our written permission you may not copy, download (outside the download feature, when offered), re-upload, broadcast, sell or otherwise distribute our content, or use it in your own videos or products. Sharing links to Studio5 pages is always welcome.

Fair use of the service

Please do not:

• Scrape, crawl or copy the catalogue by automated means, except search engines indexing public pages.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of Studio5.
• Use someone else's account, or share yours.
• Use Studio5 for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Give playlists names that are offensive or misleading.

We may remove playlists or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Videos

Videos play through YouTube's official player. When you watch, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.

No guarantees

We work to keep Studio5 available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Studio5 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.

Ending

You can stop using Studio5 and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Studio5 after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
